Prayer for peace in manipur was organised by ICYM Attur unit along with Ycs attur on 5th August, 2023 at 6.30 PM near the miraculous statue of St. Lawrence Basilica, Attur.

The prayer began with a small candle march from the basilica flag pole to the miraculous statue where the prayer session commenced. The prayer was led by St. Lawrence Basilica Asst. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Larry Franklin Pinto. It was then followed by a small informative session on the ongoings in manipur by Deral Noronha, Joint secretary of ICYM Attur unit. More than 50 youths attended this prayer service.
